Your own SQL, run read-only against the restored copy (never production), with a statement timeout. The SQL is stored verbatim in every report.

SQL One read-only statement; for MongoDB one mongosh expression, e.g. db.orders.countDocuments({status: "paid"}). The first 100 rows are kept as evidence.

When it does not match

between: the value is from … to, both included; regex: a pattern the value must match; not_null: any value that is not NULL; rows>=: the query returns at least this many rows. Timeout: 60s unless set (e.g. 2m).

Restores the newest backup first: about 4m 00s.

Delete customers-not-empty. Past reports keep its results.
